We rent boom lifts from 11 m to 57 m working height, in telescopic and articulated models, diesel and electric. Telescopic booms give maximum straight-up reach, for example for tall structures and high bay roofs. Articulated booms reach up and over obstacles such as pipe racks, conveyors and plant equipment.

Choose a boom lift when you need to reach a point that is offset from the base or over an obstruction. Choose a scissor lift when you need a larger platform straight overhead, such as ceiling, lighting or ductwork jobs. If you're unsure, share the working height and site photos and we'll recommend a model.

We primarily offer JCB 3DX and equivalent models from CASE, Caterpillar, and other leading manufacturers. Tell us your dig depth and bucket size requirement and we'll match the right machine.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. The minimum rental period is 1 day. For ongoing projects, monthly rentals come with the most competitive rates.

Yes. RNTL rentals include a trained, safety-certified operator. You can also opt for dry hire (machine only) if your team has certified operators on-site.

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of booking confirmation. For urgent requirements, we offer emergency mobilisation — call us directly and we'll do our best to expedite.

We supply equipment in cities across India — the full list is further down this page. Pick your city to see the machines available there and get a quote for your site.

We cover all major Chennai corridors — Anna Nagar, OMR, ECR, Ambattur, Porur, Tambaram, Perambur, Guindy, Sriperumbudur, and more. Call us to confirm availability for your specific location.

Every RNTL machine is verified before it reaches your site. We check its condition, safety systems and documents, so what arrives matches the model and specification you booked.

We dispatch a replacement machine from our network as quickly as possible. This is one of the core advantages of renting through an aggregator like RNTL — we have backup machines ready, individual vendors don't.

Each rental comes with a digital logsheet that records the machine's daily working hours. You can review and approve the logsheet online in your RNTL account, so billing matches the hours actually worked, with no paper logbooks to reconcile.

Yes. Every rental comes with a fully compliant digital GST invoice, and we accept purchase orders, so your team can book through its normal procurement process.

Pick the machine you need and request a quote online, or call us. Your quote, booking, delivery status and logsheets are all available in your RNTL account, and the same account works for your sites in every city we serve.

The rate depends on the machine, hire period, site location and whether you need an operator. Request a quote with your dates and site details to get an exact price.

RNTL Connected OS is our online rental management system, included with every rental. It puts your rentals, quotes, invoices, digital logsheets and equipment details in one place, with real-time visibility of your projects and rental costs.

Yes. Connected OS shows every machine you rent from RNTL across your accounts, project sites and business units. You can filter and sort by site, business unit or project, and track off-hire dates, project timelines and utilisation.

The Connected OS dashboard uses a traffic-light system that highlights rentals nearing the end of their hire period, so you can extend or off-hire on time and avoid paying for machines you no longer need.

Yes. Connected OS shows every invoice with its status and history, which reduces disputes and payment delays. You can also export ready-to-use reports for budgeting and compliance.

Yes. Equipment manuals, service records and safety certifications for each rented machine are available instantly in Connected OS, which helps with site safety checks and compliance audits.

Connected OS shows which machines are idle so you can move them between sites instead of renting duplicates, and it monitors your rental spend to flag savings. On average, customers save 20% using RNTL's connected rental tools.

Yes. Connected OS works online from anywhere, so site and office teams see the same information, and it can connect with your existing systems. Ask our team about integration with your procurement or ERP setup.
